Instructions for authors
The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper
as it will appear in the Proceedings.
Papers should not exceed 8 pages (pdf or MS-Word) for a long
papers and 4 pages for a short papers in the IEEE 2-column format (see the IEEE
Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines at http://www.computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm
)
Submitted papers will be evaluated by, at least, two reviewers.
Any submission that exceeds length limits or deviates from formatting requirements
may be rejected without review.

- October 04, 2005 : Notification of acceptance
- October 20, 2005 : Camera-ready copy due
