Course Content

The content covered in this course ranges from elementary reminders in probability, through the construction of confidence intervals, hypothesis tests on param- eters such as the mean or the proportion. This last notion is extended to tests of comparisons of means between several populations with the one or two factor ANOVA.

The last part of the course is devoted to simple and multiple linear models for the prediction of a real numerical variable. A small digression on autoregressive models is also presented.

Lectures

The support of the different lectures are available on Brightspace. However, you can find a little document which resumes the content of the different lectures.

The following datasets can be used for a small introduction to time series analysis

Exercises and Practical Sessions

You will find below a document with a list of exercises and some files with datasets that have to be used to solve the exercises.

The following documents are a mock a exam and its correction.
