Aims and Scope
The main objective of the ADBIS series of conferences is to provide a forum for the dissemination of research
accomplishments and to promote interaction and collaboration between the database and information systems research
communities from European countries and the rest of the world. The ADBIS conferences provide an international
platform for the presentation of research on database theory, development of advanced DBMS technologies and their
advanced applications.
ADBIS 2020 will consist of regular sessions with technical contributions reviewed and selected by an international
program committee, as well as of invited talks presented by leading scientists. The official language of the conference will be English.

Paper Submission
The organizers of ADBIS 2020 invite original papers (not submitted in elsewhere in parallel) describing results that
broadly belong to both theory and practice of databases and information systems. The aforementioned list of topics is not
exhaustive and we welcome novel results addressing topics not included in the list.
The page limits are as follows: (1) full research papers – 14 LNCS style pages, (2) short – 10 LNCS style pages.
Papers must be submitted via Easy Chair.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
Paper Publishing
Full research papers will be published in the Springer LNCS series. Short research papers will be published in the Springer CCIS series. Previous ADBIS proceedings
The best full research papers will be invited to special issues of the international journals Information Systems and Information Systems Frontiers with, for the latter, a special focus on topics related to the Management of data issued from a connected world.

If you or any of the authors contributing to ADBIS 2020 are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to our webpage. We would need the address(es) for the invoice(s) and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish form(s) at the
same time as the files for the publication.
